Brazilian Carnaval is this month and while I've never gotten to go to Brazil, there are several great Brazilian music events that I'm part of in February right here in Minnesota:
Feb. 9th - Samba Meu at the Black Dog Cafe (Karen Quiroz, Tim O'Keefe, James Allen, and David Martin) from 7-10:00pm in St. Paul.
Feb. 18th - Chico Chavez, Karen Quiroz, and David Martin at
The Mendoberri Cafe and Wine Bar from 7:30-10:00pm in Mendota Heights
Feb. 24th-25th -
Carnaval Brasileiro 2012 at the Fine Line Music Cafe
